This training addresses the powers and responsibilities of a guardian within the state of Massachusetts. This one-day, 8-hour training for court-appointed guardians of adults is designed to provide a general overview of guardianship essentials and tools for making decisions on behalf of those with diminished decision-making capacity. Upon completion of this course, you will have a better understanding of your powers and duties to the individual and the court, as well as limitations to your authority.
